Dance improvisation in 35°C water

DEUTSCH:
Tanzimprovisation im Wasser zeigt dir Wege, deinen Körper zu beleben und dein sensorisches Bewusstsein zu schärfen. Allein, zu zweit oder in der Gruppe werden wir uns durch Berührung, Bewegung und spielerische Interaktionen nähren.
Diese Jam umfasst eine geführte Einführung zum Thema "Stilles Wasser" ca. 45', gefolgt von einem Raum für improvisierte Bewegung  im 35°C Wasser in der Gruppe und zu Musik.
Die Leute, die sich für den  Workshop "Sinnesquelle" in der Ardèche interessieren können somit schnuppern, und bekommen dafür eine Priorität für die Teilnahme.

Le monde aquatique peut nous apprendre l'art de l’improvisation et de la réceptivité dans l'action. La danse de l'eau nous montre comment devenir fluides, respirer en geste et s'abandonner avec grâce.

Cette jam comprend une introduction à la danse aquatique guidée sur le thème "libres et connectés" d'environ 45', suivie d'un espace de danse libre aquatique en groupe et en musique. Piscine privée à 35°C.
Les personnes intéressées par le stage "la Source des Sens" en Ardèche pourront ainsi faire un essai, et sont prioritaires pour l'inscription.
ENGLISH:
The dance of water is showing us how to soften to flow, to breathe in gesture and to surrender with grace.
Dance improvisation in the 35°C warm pool will offer a doorway to liven up your body and raise your sensory awareness.  Alone, in duets or in the group, you will nourish yourself through touch, movement and playful interactions.

This guided water jam includes a guided introduction for about 45' to the topic "free and connected", followed by a space for improvised movement in 35°C water in the group and to music.
People who are interested in the workshop the Source of Senses in the Ardèche (France) can get a taste of it and priority for participation.
