Individual Session
In an individual session there is more room for you to perceive, express and understand private issues on the body-mind level. Your feelings get a lot of space, the focus is entirely on you.
Bodywork is meant to support you to bring your attention inside you and start to feel more. I am supporting you in different ways:
During a Coaching session I combine dance and bodywork with tantric and therapeutic exercises. Thereby I support you to feel your body from the inside. We can address mental processes and emotions that are triggered by the bodywork.
In a private dance class in the studio or in the therapeutic pool you can learn different dance forms or learn aquatic bodywork alone or with a partner.

- WATSU® /WATA® : bodywork in 35°C warm water
- Esalen Massage : oil massage
- Cocooning or Cocoon-Massage: massage with stretches on the floor (with clothes on) that conveys an intimate feeling of bonding.
