Bodywork, Dance & Explorations in Water & on Land - meets Ayurveda!
This Aquatic Journey in the heart of nature will allow you to approach somatic practices in a playful way, giving free flow to your creativity. The workshop will be full of sensory surprises and self-discovery, with a short break in the middle and moments to day dream in the surrounding forest and evenings to dive deep in water jams.
The combination with Ayurveda through massages and food is an invitation to relax, to develop our senses and to experience ourselves more fully in the present moment. Elements of Sensual Playground (water dance improvisation based on a playful lightness, authentic meetings, sensual touch, bodywork and mindful practices) will bring a summer spice. Discoveries with blindfolded eyes, some immersion into the world of silence, a feast of flavors and, an in-depth into the pleasure of conscious touch will take you on a unique journey. This aims also to expand our body consciousness, increase our vitality, grow out of our comfort zone and relate naturally with others. Water teaches us to trust, to let go and to connect with spheres of pure love and heart openness with each other. This week is therefore as much a gentle, intuitive and playful way of approaching aquatic bodywork as it is a dive into the depths of our soul. Private pool (34°C) rent & lodging in single/ double/ collective room for 280€-490€, depending if dorm, single or double room Full board with vegetarian ayurvedic food: 200€ pp. Possible to stay one night more for 30-50€/ night. Car sharings > alltogether from 1130€ (1240CHF if you have a good income and would like to support the workshop). From 10 participants I can propose a lower price for the infrastructure. 1 Ayurvedic massage or coaching (70€) or 1 Waterdance session (95€) at this special rate if you book in advance.
