DEUTSCH Eine sinnliche Erfahrung, die körperliche Exploration (Bewegung, Atem, bewusste Berührung), spielerische Interaktionen und verbalen Austausch beinhaltet. Die angeleitete Tanzimprovisation (mit oder ohne Körperkontakt, je nach Möglichkeit) konstituiert den roten Faden. Die Serie von Kursen verbindet Tanz und tantrische Erfahrungen im Studio und im warmen Wasser. Es geht darum, die Chakra Energie zu wecken, die Sinnen und das Herz zu öffnen und eine respektvolle und achtsame Verbindung mit dir selbst und Andern zu finden.

FRANCAIS Une expérience sensorielle comprenant, selon les ateliers, des explorations corporelles (mouvement, souffle, toucher conscient), des interactions ludiques et des échanges verbaux. La danse improvisée (libre ou contact improvisation) en est le fil conducteur. Cette série de cours combine danse et explorations tantriques en studio et dans l'eau chaude. Une proposition pour ouvrir le coeur et les sens, éveiller l'énergie des chakras et se relier en conscience et avec délicatesse à soi-même et aux autres.

ENGLISH Dance improvisation based on a playful lightness and authentic meetings invite you to grow out of our comfort zone, relax and relate naturally with others. Sensual touch, connection games, movement meditations and breathwork lead you to meet yourself and the other participants with respect, care and playfulness. In this serie of classes, we will combine dance and tantric explorations in studio and in warm water. An awakening of the chakras energies and opening of the the senses and the heart.
