Dance in 35°C Water, Tantra, Learning Love

Wir nehmen uns bewusst Zeit für Liebe, Beziehung, Tanz und tiefe Gespräche auf entspannte und sanfte Weise. Eine Gelegenheit, dich (wieder) mit deinem Partner zu verbinden, im warmen Wasser zu entschleunigen und tiefe Gefühle willkommen zu heißen. Wenn du alleine teilnimmst, wird es für dich eine Reise zu deiner Selbstliebe und Akzeptanz sein, wo du dich mit deinem inneren Kind verbindest und dich umarmen kannst. Wasser ist ein erstaunlich transformatives Element, das es ermöglicht, auf eine emotionale/spirituelle Reise in einen tiefen Zustand der Entspannung zu gehen. Das private SPA in Aesch bei Basel (CH) bietet einen intimen Rahmen für nur 6-8 Menschen, also meldet euch bald an! Es ist auch möglich, mit einem/r Freund*in teilzunehmen (oder jemandem, der sich bei mir allein anmeldet). Der Workshop ist nicht auf Sexualität ausgerichtet, sondern auf Sinnlichkeit, Vertrauen, Selbstliebe und Akzeptanz. Ich bin eine erfahrene (Wasser)Tanzlehrerin und WATSU-Praktikerin, zertifiziert in "Learning Love" und von verschiedenen Tantra-Schulen. An opportunity to (re)connect with your partner and with yourself, slow down in warm water and welcome your deep feelings. Water is an amazingly transformative element, that enables to go on an emotional/spiritual journey into a profound state of relaxation. It will be very intimate as the private SPA in Aesch by Basel (CH) offer places for just 6-8 people, so register soon! You may join with a friend as well, with whom you would like to share personal moments. Or I can propose you to share with another participant without partner and lead you to a journey of self love and self connection. The workshop is not focusing on sexuality, more on sensuality, trust, self love and acceptance. Nous explorerons l'amour, la relation, la danse d'une manière détendue et joueuse. La danse improvisée aquatique nous montre comment nous adoucir dans la fluidité, respirer dans le geste et nous abandonner complètement. Une occasion de vous (re)connecter avec votre partenaire et avec vous-même, de ralentir dans la douceur de l'eau chaude et d'accueillir vos sentiments profonds. Ce sera dans un cadre très intime car ce SPA privé d'Aesch près de Bâle (CH) n'offre de place que pour 6-8 personnes, alors inscrivez-vous vite ! Vous pouvez également venir avec un(e) ami(e) proche, avec qui vous souhaitez partager des moments profonds et des échanges personnels. Si vous venez seul(e), je vous mettrai en contact avec d'autres participants et nous partagerons de toute façon des moments d'échanges tous ensemble. L'atelier n'est pas axé sur la sexualité, mais plutôt sur la sensualité, la confiance, l'amour de soi et l'acceptation. Je suis une prof. de (water)dance expérimenté et un praticienne WATSU, certifiée "Learning Love" et de différentes écoles de Tantra.
