 Tanzimprovisation im Wasser & Tantra​

Blue Tantra widmet sich sowohl dem Erlernen einer intuitiven Wassermassage als auch dem Eintauchen in die Tiefen unserer Seele. Die Wasserheilung verbindet uns auf subtile Weise mit den Themen Geburt, Liebe und Tod. Wasser ist ein erstaunlich transformatives Element, das es ermöglicht, auf eine emotionale/spirituelle Reise in einen tiefen Zustand der Entspannung zu gehen. Tantrische Übungen energetisieren unseren Körper und bringen Empfänglichkeit und Sensibilität in unseren Tanz. Atem, Meditation und die Energie der Chakren dienen als Kanal für Solo- oder Kontakttänze, die uns mit einem Gefühl von Vollständigkeit und wahrer Verbindung verbinden. Tanzimprovisation im Wasser zeigt uns, wie wir weich werden können, um zu fließen und uns mit Anmut hinzugeben. Alleine, im Duett oder in der Gruppe werdet ihr durch Berührung, Bewegung und spielerische Interaktionen genährt.

Der Workshop findet in einem privaten 35°C Becken in einem grossen Garten und in einem gemütlichen Tanzstudio in den Bergen statt, die einen intimen und sicheren Rahmen darstellen.

Blue Tantra se dédie à la pratique intuitive du massage aquatique comme à une plongée dans les profondeurs de notre âme. La guérison par l'eau nous relie subtilement aux thèmes de la naissance, de l'amour et de la mort. Ressentir comment ces dynamiques influencent nos schémas relationnels est une étape puissante dans la réalisation de soi et un outil important en tant que travailleur corporel aquatique. L'eau est un élément transformateur, qui emmène dans un voyage émotionnel/spirituel vers un état profond de relaxation. Les pratiques tantriques dynamisent notre corps et apportent réceptivité et sensibilité à notre danse. La respiration, la méditation et l'énergie des chakras servent de canal aux danses solo ou en contact qui nous relient à un sentiment de complétude et de véritable connexion. La danse improvisée aquatique nous montre comment nous adoucir dans la fluidité, respirer dans le geste et nous abandonner avec grâce. Seul, en duo ou en groupe, vous vous nourrirez du toucher, du mouvement et des interactions ludiques.
L'atelier se déroule dans une piscine thérapeutique privée (35°C) et dans un joli studio de danse dans un grand jardin entouré de montagnes, créant un espace intime et sécurisant.

Blue Tantra is dedicated to practice intuitively the art of water massage as well as diving into the depths of our soul. Water healing subtly connects us to the themes of birth, love and death. Feeling how these dynamics influence our relationship patterns is a powerful step in self-realization and an important tool as an aquatic worker. Water is an amazingly transformative element, that enables to go on an emotional/spiritual journey into a profound state of relaxation. Tantric practices energize our bodies and bring receptivity and sensitivity to our dance. Breath, meditation and the energy of the chakras serve as a channel for solo or contact dances that connect us to a feeling of completeness and true connection. Dance improvisation in water is showing us how to soften to flow, to breathe in gesture and to surrender with grace. Alone, in duets or in the group, you will nourish yourself through touch, movement and playful interactions.

The workshop will be in a private therapy pool 35°C in a big garden surrounded by mountains and a dance studio which create a safe and intimate space.
