ENGLISH:
How to truly meet your partner and find the flow while dancing in water and on land? Explore ways to experience a subtle touch and a fluid presence in the connection. A key aspect of aquatic dance is the ability to enter an open, receptive space, where we can truly listen to another. It’s a field where we tune into both movement and stillness through our touch and presence. During Ecstatic Water Dance, you are dancing in solo, couple & as a group to inspiring music in an open and playful atmosphere, where you constantly change roles and dance interactively with your partner(s). Since no one is leading the dance, you engage deeply in a non verbal communication, which allows for something common to take over and guide you through space. Liquid Tango shows you how to become fluid, surrendering gracefully in co-created movement, while playing with the resistance of water. The dancers let go into the unknown, standing, floating or underwater. Back on land, your dancing bodies remember the elastic tone and fluid support between bodies in movement. We will alternate with Contact improvisation, Fusion, Contact Tango and bodywork in the studio to anchor, relax and integrate. No choreography, all guided improvisation. This journey invites you to dive deeply into your own experience, learn the art of aquatic dance through contact improvisation (long evenin jams), conscious embraces and no mind flow. You don't need to be a good swimmer, you can feel the ground under your feet and the water is 34°C. We are surrounded by montains and can rest in a single /double/ triple room, with healthy food and sauna.
