Le monde aquatique peut nous apprendre l'art de l’improvisation et de la réceptivité dans l'action. La danse de l'eau nous montre comment devenir fluides, respirer en geste et s'abandonner avec grâce. Dans ces retraites aquatiques, vous serez invité à danser en profondeur en connectant corps et âme et à explorer votre relation personnelle et vivante au mouvement aquatique.  Seul, en duo ou en groupe, vous vous nourrirez par le toucher, le mouvement et des interactions ludiques. Les explorations somatiques en extérieur ou dans l’eau, des massages et improvisations de danse guidées dans la piscine à 34°C et des laboratoires soutiendront votre créativité et votre faculté à explorer vos thèmes personnels en vous faisant du bien.

Die Wasserwelt kann uns die Kunst der Leichtigkeit, Anpassung und Empfänglichkeit in Bewegung lehren. Der Tanz im Wasser zeigt uns, wie wir weich werden, um zu fließen, in Geste zu atmen und uns mit Anmut hinzugeben.
In diesem langen Wasser-Retreat werdet ihr eingeladen, in die Tiefe zu tanzen, euren Körper und eure Seele im Einklang mit dem gegenwärtigen Moment zu bewegen und eure persönliche und lebendige Beziehung zur Wasserbewegung zu erkunden.  Somatische Erkundungen, aquatische Körperarbeit und Tanzimprovisationen im warmen Pool und im Studio werden Türen sein, um euren Körper zu beleben und euer sensorisches Bewusstsein zu erhöhen.  Alleine, im Duett oder in der Gruppe werdet ihr euch durch Berührung, Bewegung und spielerische Interaktionen nähren. Geführte Wasserexplorationen laden euch ein, in der Stille der Meditation zu verschmelzen und die Zeit einzuatmen, die sich unendlich in jeder Zelle entfaltet. Und auch, euch wieder mit eurer Lebendigkeit zu verbinden und mit dem, was sich in eurem Leben vollständiger ausdrücken möchte.

The fluid world can teach us the art of ease, adaptation and receptivity in action. The dance of water is showing us how to soften to flow, to breathe in gesture and to surrender with grace.
In this long water retreat, you will be invited to dance yourself deep, to move your body and soul according to the present moment and to explore your personal and living relationship to aquatic movement.  Somatic explorations, aquatic bodywork and dance improvisations in the warm pool and in the studio will be doorways to liven up your body and raise your sensory awareness.  Alone, in duets or in the group, you will nourish yourself through touch, movement and playful interactions. Guided water jam will invite you to melt together in the silence of meditation, inhaling the time that unfolds infinitely in every cell. And also to reconnect to your liveliness and to whatever wants to express more fully in your life.
